Terms of Service
1. About This Service
Pokédrafter is a free, independent fan-made web game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company. All Pokémon names, designs, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Pokédrafter's own original code, game design, and branding belong to its creator.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Pokédrafter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
3. Eligibility
You must meet Google's own minimum age requirements to sign in with a Google Account, and must be at least 13 years old to use Pokédrafter.
4. Accounts
Accounts are created and managed through Google Sign-In. You're responsible for any activity that happens under your account. Please use one account per person - creating multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard is not permitted.
5. Acceptable Use
When using Pokédrafter, please don't:
- Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the scoring, drafting, or leaderboard systems
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Choose a display name that is offensive, impersonates another person, or infringes on someone else's rights
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
We may reset a display name or remove access for violations of these terms.
6. No Warranty
Pokédrafter is provided "as is," as a hobby project, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokédrafter and its creator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Pokédrafter at any time, including game balance, features, or availability, without prior notice.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Pokédrafter after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the date at the top of this page when that happens.
